New Meadowlands Stadium Company, LLC, with participation of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA), completed the demolition of the original grandstand building at the MetLife Sports Complex and construction of new parking lots with 784 additional spaces. Neglia Group provided boundary and topographic surveying, site design, grading and drainage, utility, landscape architecture, NJDEP permitting, and construction management services. The project included new roadways to facilitate access to the new parking lots. Public safety improvements, such as security booths, barrier gate arms, and vehicle-rated bollards, allowed for streamline access to the stadium loading dock and overall improved security. The project also included provision of new lighting, electrical system upgrades, and landscaping improvements. Neglia, together with our subconsultants, completed all requisite electrical and structural design services.
