Neglia Group’s Planning Team has collaborated with Bergenfield for various areas in need of study and redevelopment. The featured project, “Area D” served as a catalyst. The project is located between South Washington Avenue and Portland Avenue at West Main Street: specifically Block 126 Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, and 16.
The “Area D” Redevelopment Plan includes a mixed-use four-story building with residential units, affordable housing, retail, dining, and various communal amenities with ample parking. Neglia is excited to see the changes take place and bring this vision to life to further support the economic revitalization and development of Bergenfield.
