The Township of Scotch Plains acquired Neglia Group to provide Engineering Design, Bidding Services and Construction Management services for the Green Forest Park Improvement project, as well as Boundary and Topographic Surveys. The township desired to reconstruct and re-purpose the existing tennis courts. The park that was once only four asphalt tennis courts was in need of repair now consists of a tennis court, pickle ball courts, an outdoor in-line hockey rink with a futsol (hard court soccer) court, as well as bleachers, asphalt walkways, and fencing for the courts and rink.
