Kennedy Park

Neglia Group has been involved in many different projects at Kennedy Field in Norwood, including the playground’s improvement. Engineering, Survey, GIS, and Landscape Architecture services allowed for the installation of a modular block retaining wall, a chain link fence, a concrete sidewalk, a pour-in-place safety surface, and playground equipment. The new playground is designed to be ADA-compliant and is wheelchair accessible. The site has other unique features, like a landscaped seat wall and picnic area. Additionally, a raised landscape terrace design saved several mature trees during construction.
