Neglia Group (Neglia) has been providing survey and engineering services to CNBC and NBCUniversal for their twenty-two (22) acre office campus located at 904 Sylvan Avenue in the Borough of Englewood Cliffs for the last decade. Neglia has provided survey base mapping services, as-built surveying, project planning, conceptual design layout, design development plans, construction drawings, specifications and expert municipal land use board testimony.
Neglia has provided surveying and engineering design support for the following projects:
- Major Parking Expansion to provide an additional 250 parking spaces including permeable pavers
- Satellite Dish & Mechanical Equipment Expansion Project
- Security Guard Booth & Fencing Implementation & Site Improvements Project
- Signage Rehabilitation and Traffic Calming Improvements Project
