Roadway As-built

Neglia Group provided 3D Laser Scanning services to complete an as-built at the very busy intersection of Passaic Avenue and Clay Street in East Newark, Hudson County, N.J. Due to multi-lane traffic in all four directions we used 3D Laser Scanning as a safe and time-saving solution to collect the field data. The area was scanned in a day and point cloud data was then registered and tied to existing survey control. Our office staff drafted the topographical features from the scan data, creating an accurate as-built.”
