This award category spans across all industries and recognizes over 60 total honorees.
With more than 15 years of professional planning experience, Lyndsay has built a distinguished career helping municipalities throughout New Jersey advance redevelopment initiatives, affordable housing compliance, land use planning, and long-range community goals. Since joining Neglia Group in 2022, she has worked closely with municipal leaders and stakeholders to develop planning solutions that support sustainable growth and community revitalization.
As Director of Planning, Lyndsay oversees a department that currently represents various municipalities throughout New Jersey, providing services that include Master Plans, Redevelopment Plans and Studies, and Housing Elements and Fair Share Plans. She works closely with elected officials, residents, and stakeholders to help communities navigate change while establishing a vision for the future.
President Michael J. Neglia and other Neglia Group employees attended the awards ceremony on August 18th to celebrate Lyndsay’s achievement and show their support for this well-deserved recognition.
