Neglia Group (Neglia) completed a topographic route survey and boundary survey for five miles of a new 72” relief sanitary sewer force main serving the Overpeck Valley of Bergen County. Below are the project details of the services that were provided.

• Title review and boundary resolution of over sixty parcels along the proposed route, preparation of descriptions and mapping for easement acquisition and setting of survey control for construction
• Connections at the Little Ferry treatment plan survey encountered a crossing for the Hackensack River, the Ridgefield Railroad Yards, and the New Jersey Turnpike and continued through public and private
• properties to the northerly project limits at West Forest Avenue in Englewood
• Provided construction management services for the sewer main line
